When the new Symphony Tower project was announced back in 2014, the real estate community definitely had a lot to talk about. This multi-residential project is a unique structure not only in Edmonton, but certainly across the country. It is a unique structure – with condos, townhouse units and penthouse suites, all designed with multiple floor plans to make residents feel like they have purchased a unique space within a traditional high-rise tower.
The development team and architect have worked tirelessly to make sure that this luxurious tower lives up to its name. The floor plans are elegant and comfortable, and the amenities exceed expectations. But the most amazing part of the project is the location. Situated in the heart of the North America’s largest urban park, this tower will give residents homes to be desired by all.
The ambitious intention for this project has presented challenges to the schedule, but construction is well under way and 5 floors of the 27-storey tower have been completed. The entire team has been dedicated to the vision, and has worked tirelessly to find solutions to unexpected challenges.
