Be part of a team that leads by example.

We’re leaders in collaborative project delivery. That means we need to be excellent at building and developing strong teams, starting with our own. Every office comes with the same perks + benefits these days:

  • an open office environment that’s ideal for sharing ideas and working on projects collaboratively
  • some form of constant coffee/tea/water flow throughout the day
  • the occasional delivery of donuts, chocolates and other indulgences
  • smart people who make the day go by at lightening speed

We’ve got all of that, too.

So why work at Cyrcorp? Because we do it better. We’re building a company that is unlike any other in Western Canada. We work in true collaboration with our clients, bringing them into the project as much as possible so that everyone is responsible for educating the team from their area of expertise as well as working together to find the right solution, mitigating risk, and bringing the project to reality.

Our team members are our most valuable assets – and that’s not just lip service. We invest heavily in ensuring our team members have the right skills and tools to bring value to our clients.

If you want to be part of a team that values project integrity and independent thinking, and crave unique and challenging projects, then we want to meet you.
