Mezzo is a 16-storey mixed-use development in the Old Strathcona area.
The project is located just off Whyte Avenue and is one of the highest buildings being developed in the area in over 60 years. The building will have a 5-storey underground parkade and 135 suites. The Mezzo is located in Edmonton's music, theatre, festival, restaurant and boutique shopping district. It will create a residence, a workplace, shops and amenities that embodies this eclectic community.
