Grand Manor is an assisted living facility for clients with varied challenges.
This project consisted of a 50,000 Sq. Ft. addition to an existing 5-storey housing. The 64-suite addition is constructed as a concrete and steel structure, built to last. The scope included a renovation to the existing building, with electrical upgrades and mechanical commissioning.
