Concordia University of Edmonton is investing in research excellence in the areas of environmental science & molecular biology.
Cyrcorp was introduced to Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE) to be part of The Biology and Environmental Science Laboratory Renovation and Renewal Project. This project will enhance CUE’s bio-containment capacity and laboratory facilities to reinforce research in the areas of environmental science, limnology, cell biology, and molecular biology.
The work includes the installation of new fume exhaust arms for the science labs, upgrade of the mechanical system to support these additions, the installation of specialized fixtures for laboratories (epoxy work surfaces, eyewash station, mixing faucets, gas lines, and fume hoods), as well as flooring replacement to prevent and reduce contamination.
