A luxury condo development in the heart of the University community of Windsor Park.
For this project Cyrcorp was engaged at approximately 65% of completion on the understanding that the base building construction was awarded to a contractor as a single contract while options for the interiors package were being reviewed.
Cyrcorp was engaged on an advisory role to conduct reviews on the current parameters of schedule, cost, quality, and to ensure the appropriate steps were taken to mitigate risk to Yorkton Group from any cost escalations to the project budget. Cyrcorp also assisted in negotiating the interiors contract on Yorkton Group’s behalf.
