Project accommodates the corporate staff for ATB Financial into 11 floors of the
high rise building
This project was a renovation and modification to the existing interior of Telus House, to accommodate the corporate staff for ATB Financial into 11 floors of the high rise building. The project consisted of 240k Sq. Ft. of interior demolition and abatement, followed by interior fit out.
In addition, there was a signage project on the north tower, lobby upgrades, moving and coordination of 1300 staff and decommissioning of 160k Sq. Ft. of previous lease space.
The project was complete within the 14 months shown on the aggressive time line, coming in at $6M under the initial budget.
