This project is a new 4 level low-rise walkup in the heart of Old Strathcona.
The project required the demolition of 3 existing single family homes to create this 36-unit multifamily structure consisting of both townhomes and apartment style suites with a rooftop amenity space overlooking the leafy green 84th Avenue. It also has a one
level underground parkade with surface level visitor stalls.
With an aggressive project timeline, it is slated to be complete in spring 2018.
